About The Team
Stripe is looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, and resourceful corporate attorney to join the Corporate Legal team. Our team provides critical support for corporate and strategic transactions, including equity, debt, M&A, and investments. We also support corporate finance, treasury, tax, accounting, investor relations, workplace, and work closely with the Corporate Subsidiaries Office to assist with governance matters related to our global entities.
What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll serve as corporate counsel, partnering with cross functional teams and key stakeholders including Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Equity, and Workplace to support strategic transactions and other corporate matters.

Pay and benefits
The annual US base salary range for this role is $222,800 - $334,200. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the US may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
