Job Description:

Senior Manager Regulatory Change Management

Leads Regulatory Change Management (RCM), regulatory change identification process and regulatory library, including operations, strategy, planning and execution. Role manages the RCM team for identification, review, communication and validation of regulatory change management projects and provides regulatory change capability working in partnership with Legal, Government Affairs, Compliance Advisory Services and Business Leadership. Manages a team of regulatory professionals responsible for the RCM process, review of external events and communication with Compliance Advisory to initiate the RCM process. Responsible for supporting, managing and leading the Regulatory Library of authoritative sources, including its operations, strategy, sustainability and execution. Operates with effectiveness and efficiency through managing technology solutions, leading a team of professionals, and maximizing operational excellence while balancing risk. High

exposure to senior leadership across the enterprise. Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee.

 

Responsibilities

  • Leadership of regulatory change accountability to ensure applicable regulatory changes requirements are identified, communicated and impact is assessed in coordination with larger programs.
  • Leadership of the Regulatory Library program, to ensure changes are incorporated into Discovers authoritative sources, and mapping and controls are performed in accordance with larger programs.
  • Participate in the process to provide regulatory context and communication and reporting of regulatory changes in conjunction with Compliance Advisory, Legal, BRIC and Government Affairs, in addition to reporting relevant to executive leadership and committees.
  • Assembles, leads and develops a high performing team of regulatory compliance professionals.

 

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management or related focus
  • 8+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk, Legal risk, Operations or related field
  • In lieu of degree, 10+ years in Compliance, Risk, Legal risk, Operations or related financial experience

 

Preferred Qualifications

If we had our say, we’d also look for:

  • 2+ years of people management
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Services or related

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
