Our client, a dynamic Data Privacy practice group, is seeking to leverage their continuing success by adding an experienced Data Privacy attorney to their team. A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience and expertise in privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, and technology are required. Interacting with clients daily, the Data Privacy attorney must have experience providing counsel on regulatory compliance particularly within the financial, media and healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities include : · Drafting data collection, use, transfer and sharing practices and agreements in regulatory and non-regulatory environments. · Developing and updating client-facing privacy notices, corporate data privacy and information security policies and procedures. · Advising on company internal and external audits and assessments; and addressing and responding to data security issues and breaches.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience providing counsel on regulatory compliance particularly within the financial, media and healthcare industries. Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and regulatory requirements is preferred. Compensation includes a salary range of $250K-325K plus bonus based upon originations and/or mutually agreeable hours targets as well as a robust benefits package.
