POSITION OVERVIEW Bernstein Shur is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our real estate litigation team in the Portland, ME office. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in state and federal litigation, superior research and writing skills, and an ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple projects as part of a cohesive, in-office team.
