Firm Description : Our client is a Chicago-based full-service law firm with extensive experience in litigation, corporate, real estate, tax planning, trust and estates and intellectual property.

Salary: $190,000 – $245,000 (Billable Hours 1800)

Position Description : Our client is looking to hire a Corporate Associate with 1-3 years of experience (JD year 2022 – 2020) to join its growing Corporate Practice Group. Candidates should have experience with private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, LLC/shareholder agreements, and advising middle market companies on various other general corporate matters. Experience with private equity, sophisticated M&A transactions and private securities offerings is a plus. Strong academic credentials and an eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Illinois.

Position Location(s) : Chicago, IL. (Hybrid, 2 days a week)
