Role Description Richard A. Schurr, P.A. is seeking a full-time family and business law Attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is able to research legal issues, draft legal documents, attend hearings, depositions, comfortable interacting with clients and opposing counsel. There is opportunity for growth and mentorship within the firm. This is an in-office position in our Coral Gables office.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5 years of litigation experience
• A current FL Bar License
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Previous experience in family law is a plus
• Trial experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and organization
