The Role
LTSE is searching for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and expectations within the securities exchange industry. This role holds a senior position at the Long-Term Stock Exchange, providing regulatory advice and developing requisite policies and procedures to support our strict and on-going adherence to regulatory mandates.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate the evolving landscape of regulatory standards and expectations, providing insight and leadership to proactively address compliance challenges.
The ideal candidate is hands-on with experience in the day-to-day operations of a national securities exchange, with an ability to comfortably pivot as priorities and deliverables shift. You must be deadline-driven to meet Exchange priorities as well as regulatory changes and Exchange best practices. You also must be willing and able to make risk-based recommendations and decisions. Strong communication skills are critical not only in working across the Exchange but also with our regulators and Exchange peers.
You will be at the forefront of not only interpreting regulations, but also drafting and submitting rule filings with the SEC. The role is critical in helping to position LTSE as an industry leader in regulatory diligence and governance.
