Company Overview: Our client is a well-respected litigation law firm in San Francisco, CA. It is currently seeking a Business Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of solid litigation experience. As a Business Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for representing clients involved in intellectual property litigation, addressing regulatory challenges, and handling business-related litigation matters. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely or in its Bay Area offices.

Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation matters from inception to trial
• Prepare pleadings and briefs
• Manage discovery and depositions
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing
• Represent clients in intellectual property litigation
• Navigate clients through regulatory hurdles
• Handle business-related litigation matters

Skills and Educational Requirements:

• JD from an ABA-Approved law school with excellent academic credentials
• Minimum of four years of solid litigation experience
• Experience in product liability, trademarks, trade dress, patents, copyrights, and related matters
• Preferably, experience in the technology sector
• Ability to handle litigation from inception to trial
• Familiarity with both state and federal court proceedings
• Current CA Bar admission in good standing is required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 (commensurate with experience)
