Our client, a dynamic private equity firm, is seeking a dedicated Paralegal in their Westchester County office location. You will be responsible for a range of essential tasks crucial to the operation of their legal and compliance functions. Only qualified candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities Include:
- Legal Documentation Management: Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of legal documents.
- Data Management: Manage and maintain complex and confidential data for a portfolio of investments.
- Equity Administration: Document and administer equity awards granted to employees.
- Compliance Support: Assist in the review of fund marketing materials to ensure compliance.
- Office Coordination: Liaise with team members across our various offices to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of paralegal or legal administrative experience in asset management or a legal firm with a focus on financial services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
- Strong communication abilities to interact with internal teams and senior executives.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
- High levels of ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values.
- Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration with internal colleagues and external resources.
