Senior Contracts Administrator (Remote)

ANALYGENCE is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team to support contracts administration functions for our growing base of business in Defense, Federal Civilian, and National Security Accounts. Position can be supported remotely/hybrid at one of our regional offices located at Fulton MD, Hampton VA, or San Antonio, TX. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, and working in concert with the finance and business operations team, the ideal candidate will:

  • Provide oversight and administration for contracts from inception through closure. This includes, but is not limited to, processing of initial contract award and modifications; conducting negotiations with existing or prospective subcontractors/partners; monitoring contract and subcontract financial performance in concert with project financial analysts, recommend and implement appropriate activities to resolve any contractual issues; assist with preparation of Requests for Equitable Adjustments and claims; monitor and respond to CPARs, coordinate and execute contract closeout requirements.
  • Integrate contract management tools, templates, methods, and processes for internal and external partner engagements.
  • Provide proposal support. This includes, but is not limited to, review of RFP and proposal documents, attachments, and correspondence as part of the analysis of incoming bid requests; act as primary POC to subcontractors, partners, and Government partners; perform a risk analysis; Prepare applicable contractual documents for submission with Proposal packages, including cover letter, business volumes and assumptions; assists with any Q&As and ENs; and requests and attends debriefs.
  • Act as the primary contact between the project team and/or business unit and corporate leadership, including outside legal counsel, when necessary, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly.
  • Prepare and disseminate information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc.
  • Act as liaison between the Operations team and Customer Contracting Officers.
  • Monitor performance compliance reviews and audits with contracts policies, procedures, guidelines, internal approval processes, operating practices, and functional performance standards for providing best in class service to internal and external customers.
  • Use your experience with Federal contracting regulations to perform sophisticated risk analysis for new and ongoing opportunities.
  • Manage GSA Schedules maintain required records and monitor contractual compliance and performance.
  • Familiarity with Symphony, SPRS, eBuy, GSA Advantage, GSA ASSIST, and similar systems.
  • Prepare and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), and Subcontracts. Administer contracts / subcontracts; recommend and implement appropriate activities to resolve any contractual issues; assist with preparation of Requests for Equitable Adjustments and claims; monitor and respond to CPARs, coordinate and execute contract closeout requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of related contracts administration experience.
  • BA/BS in Business Administration or related field is desired.
  • Experience with all forms of government solicitations (RFP, RFQ, and other forms) and managing all types of government contracts (Cost Type, FFP, T&M, ID/IQ contracts, GWACS, and GSA schedule contracts), including reviewing and understanding pricing, representations and certifications, and subcontracting issues.
  • Experience with negotiating favorable terms on Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), contracts and subcontracts, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with operational and business development groups and other support functionals and serve as a valued advisor to internal customers regarding contractual and government compliance issues.
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and CAS.
  • Familiarity with processing REAs and Claims.
  • Understanding of OCI issues and mitigation/avoidance strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of small business certification compliance and policies is a plus.
  • Ability to pass a government sponsored background investigation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Teams or similar workplace chat and videoconferencing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
