Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate at Roetzel & Andress in Naples, FL. The Associate will be responsible for a range of legal tasks, including research, drafting legal documents, attending hearings, and providing assistance to senior colleagues. The position offers flexibility for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar
• Experience in commercial litigation, real estate, or corporate law is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments concurrently
• Excellent interpersonal and client relations skills
• Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning
