RumbergerKirk is seeking an attorney with experience in family law. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-assets and complex family law cases.

Position Details

  • Responsible for family law cases
  • Guide clients through the dissolution of marriage process
  • Prepare and argue motions
  • Handle discovery
  • Conduct depositions
  • Attend mediations
  • Conduct legal research
  • Calculate child support
  • Staying current with changes in family law and legal practice

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of family law experience
  • Civil litigation experience
  • Familiarity with Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure
  • Experience with discovery, depositions, hearings, mediation's and trial prep
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent writing abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
