Role: Corporate Counsel - IT Transactions

Location: New York, NY or Edison, NJ.

Please note: Candidate must be willing to go to either office at least 3 days a week (possibly additional days of the week per business need)

Job Description

"Reviewing, drafting and negotiating inbound and outbound procurement, sales and revenue generating agreements.

"Reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex IT Services and Outsourcing Agreements including: Master Outsourcing Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Bids and RFPs, Statements of Work, subcontracting agreements, software licensing, reseller agreements, NDAs, and SOWs.

Qualifications

"At least 7 - 13 years of relevant work experience in structuring, negotiating, and drafting Outsourcing, IT and Services contracts as a service provider/vendor.

"Must enjoy working with sales teams in the technology and outsourcing industry.

"Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated and have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

"Must be able to take a pragmatic approach to minimize redlines

"Must have strong negotiation skills with the ability to understand the customer perspective and reach a solution to protect the organization interests

"Must enjoy a fast-paced environment with multiple clients and stakeholders

"Must have experience working with internal stakeholders such as HR, Information Security, finance and to incorporate their comments into the document
