Avata Partners seeks a Mid to Senior-Level Associate to join a dynamic and collaborative Defense Litigation Practice Group in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The associate will represent clients in various stages of civil litigation. Draft briefs, complaints, discovery requests, and responses, and motions. Trial preparation. Conduct client consultations and maintain client communications.

  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Employment discrimination defense experience is a plus!
