Cozen O'Connor’s eDiscovery practice, CODISCOVR, is seeking an experienced attorney to join this growing and dynamic team! This is a hybrid position and can be located in any of Cozen O'Connor’s east coast offices.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: • Leading discovery strategy and execution on matters with large scale discovery needs • Managing large-scale review teams • Negotiating ESI Protocols • Attending meet and confers and preparing discovery related witnesses • Understanding preservation, collection and compliance features of corporate IT systems • Understanding of implications of records retention/destruction, collection options and processes • Experience with cost estimates, billing and reporting • Managing multiple matters at the same time

Requirements include: • Licensed in the jurisdiction in which the candidate sits • Excellent client services skills • Ability to communicate effectively with attorneys and clients • Ability to train and lead more junior attorneys • Ability to develop and grow relationships with existing clients • Prior experience as a litigator preferred
