Smith Parker Elliott, PLLC is looking for attorneys to add to its insurance defense section. Eligible candidates must have 1+ years of insurance litigation experience, including third-party claims. The ideal candidate will be quick thinking, motivated, able to handle their own docket and promptly move cases along, able to bill in accordance with the ABA's A/L Uniform Litigation Code Set and have significant experience handling personal injury matters.
