Role Description This is a full-time Attorney role with flexibility for remote work. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, developing case plans, filing claims and appeals, drafting legal memorandum, and other tasks related to VA Disability Benefits.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of VA Disability Law with a minimum of two years experience.
  • VA Accreditation
  • Proven experience in providing legal advice and conducting legal research
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple cases effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • JD degree from an accredited law school
