Job Description: Hiring for a personal injury law firm with offices in Modesto, Sacramento, Stockton, and Fresno. We currently have an opening in Modesto or Sacramento for a full-time attorney who will work directly with case managers to help clients recover compensation for injuries caused by the fault of others. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and a passion to advocate for our clients.
Duties include:
- Client interviews
- Communicating with insurance adjusters, medical providers, other attorneys, and experts
- Negotiating settlements
- Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop successful case handling strategies.
