Our law firm client is recognized as one of the leading special education law firms in New Jersey, having helped thousands of children with special needs receive access to the educational opportunities they might otherwise not have had. Our efforts on behalf of our clients have helped to set legal precedents in the New Jersey and Federal Courts.

Requirements:

A qualified candidate is a self-starter with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will also have a solid moral and ethical compass and the patience and compassion needed to work with elderly clients. The ability to work as a team member is critical.

Elder Law: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

NJ Bar License (Required)

Qualifications And Duties Include :

Supervising Medicaid Applications

Drafting plans, EP documents

Attending client meetings

Manage client communication

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both on the telephone and in person

Marketing efforts to attract elder law clients.

Developing relationships with community partners
