_Our Firm:

_ Thomas & Ahnell, LLC, is a Colorado based law firm providing services throughout Colorado practicing criminal defense, civil litigation , estate planning and family law. We serve our clients with Integrity, compassion, tenacity, and excellence.

_Position and Duties:

_ Seeking and associate attorney who wants to excel and build a practice. We seek someone who desires to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. Client service is a top priority.

You will work directly with clients. You must hold yourself accountable to the team. You will work closely with firm owners, attorneys, paralegals and marketing to achieve a high level of service and success.

You must have internal desire to grown yourself and your teams. Lone wolfs need not apply. This in an in person collaborative job. Flexibility for occasional remote work after 90 days.

Must maintain 1600 annual billable hours.

_Education and Experience Requirements:

_ This experience makes you stand out:

• You have a passion for serving clients through a human centered approach with integrity, tenacity, compassion, and excellence
• You must have at least 2 years of litigation or trial experience. Sales, customer service and client facing roles are positive attributes
• You prioritize high quality service to all your clients
• You represent your clients with empathy and understanding
• You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and controversies effectively. Must have demonstrated ability to learn, openness and willingness to change with our ever-evolving legal practice
• You are licensed to practice law in Colorado

• Full time salaried position in our Greenwood Village office. This is a full time in person position. Some time travel is required.
• Salary ranges from $90,000 to $150,000 plus bonuses. Salary depends on experience and goals.
