About the Role:

As a Trust & Safety Manager, you will be tasked with working collaboratively and cross-functionally with other team members and colleagues dedicated to maintaining a safe and respectful online environment for our users. We are looking for the right candidate with the experience, passion, and creativity to identify opportunities to promote trust and ensure the highest-level of user safety in our products and platforms, including for our video game offerings.

  • Participate and contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of Trust & Safety policies and workflows, including issue discovery, strategy formulation, and effective risk management measures.
  • Employ a data-driven approach to analyze key operational metrics and identify platform and market-based trends with solutions that address such risks.
  • Foster close collaboration with cross-functional partners, internal and external stakeholders, and senior leadership to continually improve procedures and policies based on emerging trends and challenges, and to ensure compliance with all laws, policies and processes.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of industry experience, with at least 2 years of experience in either trust & safety, privacy, compliance, or similar functions;
  • Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures, including working on legal or regulatory compliance obligations;
  • Strong project management and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Ability to execute quickly with limited guidance on complex, cross-functional projects with multiple working groups, building high-performance team dynamics;
  • A driven, self-starter personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment to create positive outcome; and
  • Strong preference for background in video gaming, online marketplaces, or social media.

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $131,140 to $240,090 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
