Responsibilities

Robert Half is partnering with a prestigious Florida law firm that is expanding and seeking a litigation attorney with 2+ years' experience to join its litigation team. This litigation attorney can work remote anywhere in the state of FL or work in the Miami or Broward offices on a hybrid basis. Responsibilities include:

• Handling litigation cases in state and federal courts.
• Attending hearings and depositions.
• Managing discovery.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Preparing cases for trial and/or settling cases.
