Role

As a Contract and Trade Compliance Manager (also known as Legal Compliance Manager, Regulatory Compliance Manager), you'll oversee client agreements, ensure adherence to regulatory mandates, and handle certifications and representations. Your role will encompass the critical tasks of scrutinizing, negotiating, and finalizing these elements, in addition to systematically organizing and preserving pertinent records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (pre-law or business administration a plus) OR comparable combination of education and experience.
• 5 years experience in legal, compliance or contracts preferred.
• Experience with trade compliance, specifically administering ITAR and/or EAR compliance.
