High-end, thriving law firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic team. Are you an experienced paralegal with a passion for tackling intricate legal challenges?

You will play a critical role in supporting attorneys on large, complex litigation matters and class actions, from intake to resolution. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in high-stakes cases and gain invaluable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of complex litigation cases, from initial pleadings and discovery through trial and appeals.
• Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents, including motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
• Conduct legal research and analysis, utilizing various legal databases and resources.
• Manage and organize voluminous electronic and hard copy documents, utilizing eDiscovery platforms and best practices.
• Assist with witness preparation and depositions, including drafting deposition outlines and summaries.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
• Maintain accurate and detailed case files and calendaring systems.
• Stay current on legal developments and applicable rules of procedure.
• Assist with budgeting and fee applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by attorneys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
• Extensive experience with complex litigation and class actions matters.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis, eDiscovery platforms).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Paralegal certificate preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field a plus.
