About You

  • 4+ years in compliance/law, ideally with fintech exposure
  • Detail oriented with excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Proactive with strong people skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-moving, cross-functional team environment
  • Team player with an ownership mindset and an eagerness to take on more work whenever possible
  • Deep understanding of financial services, specifically in B2B financial services, banking, and/or digital asset management.
  • Ability to respond to regulatory inquiries and audits, including drafting, reviewing, implementing, and managing policies and procedures.
  • J.D. strongly preferred.
