The Role

The Endeavor Legal Department is currently seeking a Paralegal to support 160over90 (Endeavor’s full-services creative/marketing agency, specializing in advertising, branding, PR, communications, sponsorships, partnerships, and experiential services) and Endeavor Digital (including Versity, an online employee learning and development program), which are two divisions of Endeavor, a global entertainment, sports, and content company. This position is located in New York, NY. The ideal candidate has transactional paralegal experience at a top law firm and/or in-house practice, including commercial transactions, marketing, intellectual property, media, event production, and digital experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with initial drafting, revising, and negotiating of non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, and talent/influencer, vendor, and master services agreements.
  • Manage filing and search of legal documents.
  • Ensure an efficient and effective contract administrative and document management process.
  • Manage electronic signature process, including review of agreements for compliance with applicable policies.
  • Administrative duties, such as handling scheduling, travel booking, expense reimbursement, and processing of outside counsel invoices.
  • Create training materials for business teams.
  • Research, manage, and track existing contractual obligations.
  • Work closely with global legal, operations, and other teams.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

You Have These

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Some legal experience with contracts, especially in the advertising/marketing, digital media/technology, entertainment, sports, or media industry is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and change while prioritizing and managing multiple assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with a variety of technology, including advanced Word and Excel skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented, highly organized, and thorough and able to take ownership of projects and work independently.
  • Have an effective solution-oriented problem-solving approach to issues and a strong work ethic.
  • Have an upbeat temperament, dynamic personality, and highly team-oriented approach to work.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
