Duration: 7 Months Contract

Job Description:

• As a Policy Specialist for Monetization, you are passionate about making sure that it is a safe platform for advertisers, creators, and users.
• You thrive in a fast, dynamic, demanding environment where no two days are ever the same. You will assist with the enforcement of Client's monetization policies and serve as the policy expert on cross-functional teams with Product and partner teams on policy consultations.

Responsibilities:

• Enforce policy decisions for client’s advertiser friendly guidelines.
• Review controversial and sometimes offensive video content to determine whether they’re brand safe.
• Manage and resolve standard policy escalations from start to finish, with a fast turn-around time.
• Execute small objectives with input from manager (or relevant stakeholders) and own specific tasks related to policy or process documentation.
• Address day-to-day policy issues by following existing team protocols.
• Escalate non-standard challenges.
• Effectively solve problems according to established procedures, gathering facts and data, including from prior experience.

Experience (Mandatory):

• Strong experience with Trust and Safety Operations.
• Experience with Policy Enforcement.
• Experience in analyzing video content on online platforms.
• Ability to translate complex issues into simple, clear language.

Experience (Desired):

• Experience with content and ads policies in the Internet industry.
• Experience with data analysis and spreadsheet software.
• Experience in abuse trend detection and enforcement.

Education:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
