Description
We are seeking a legal assistant to join the Amazon Legal team supporting Project Kuiper, Amazon’s initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.
We are looking for a smart, motivated, and collaborative individual to provide out-of-this-world administrative assistance to Project Kuiper. As a Legal Assistant, you will be a key member of the stellar Legal team supporting Project Kuiper. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to effectively prioritize their work to meet the team’s velocity. The candidate will possess a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Although work will vary, responsibilities in the orbit of our Legal Assistant will include scheduling meetings, establishing and executing on recurring mechanisms for team meetings and knowledge sharing, assisting with budget tracking, and coordinating other legal and administrative matters.
This position will be based in Redmond, WA.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $38,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $92,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
