The Senior Legal Operations Analyst II - Contract Administration will lead in identifying, evaluating, and implementing process efficiency improvements and financial management strategies within the area of contract administration. This role involves leading assessments of all available resources—both internal and external—and subsequently implementing appropriate technologies, systems, or processes.

The Role

  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle through comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth coordination of contract-related activities across various departments.
  • Utilize Workday Strategic Sourcing (contract lifecycle management) to accurately track and maintain records of contractual documents.
  • Evaluate incoming contract review requests, identify relevant stakeholders, and delegate tasks according to established guidelines.
  • Monitor contract statuses and notice periods, collaborating with internal stakeholders on next steps such as coordinating renewal requirements, issuing termination notices and distributing contract summaries as needed.
  • Review and negotiate NDAs, Order Forms, and Terms of Service agreements.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial legal team, Security, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders to update templates, establish risk assessment best practices, and develop internal resources for negotiations and policies.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 6+ years of work experience; or MBA and 4+ years of work experience in an in­-house legal department, consulting firm, or comparable experience elsewhere.
  • System administrator experience of any CLM platform (experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing and Bravo/Jaggaer One is plus)
  • Strong understanding of contract terms and legal principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management best practices is a plus.

The compensation information is provided in compliance with job posting disclosure requirements in Hawaii, Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Washington, and California.

Base Pay Range: $95,600.00 - 143,100.00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. Depending on the position, compensation may also include commissions, bonuses, and equity. Potential for quarterly bonuses based on company performance. Potential for merit increases and stock grants based on performance.
