Job Responsibilities: The Marketing Counsel will report into the Assistant General Counsel-Brand, Marketing and Consumer Law. The role will work collaboratively with marketing and customer-oriented teams in support of initiatives and campaigns to help business reach goals in compliance with advertising, marketing, trademark and consumer protection laws and best practices. The role will also help troubleshoot and resolve regulatory and non-regulatory high level customer issues. Based in Norwalk, Connecticut, you will join a legal team that works in a fast-paced environment on a wide range of transactional and regulatory matters.

In Return, We Offer:
Salary Range: $124,000 to $200,000 Annual Bonus Potential: 15%
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed, education, experience, travel requirements for the job, and/or other business and organizational needs.
