Corporate Counsel, CareCloud, Inc. CareCloud, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCLD), a leading Healthcare Technology Company, is seeking an attorney to join our Legal Team. This role is responsible for legal research, drafting, contract and litigation matter support. The right candidate for this position will have at least one (1) year of experience (preferably in-house) in commercial contracts, corporate law, or commercial litigation. This individual is a detail-oriented, hardworking, business-minded attorney who embraces supporting CareCloud’s growth, in collaboration with the company’s global in-house attorneys. Experience in the healthcare technology sector is a plus.
The right candidate for this position has a Juris Doctor or Master of Laws degree from an ABA-accredited law school and is admitted to practice in at least one state, preferably New Jersey. This role is based at our headquarters location in Somerset, New Jersey and requires up to 20% travel.
Annual Base Salary Range: $60,000 – $90,000
