Kodiak Solutions General Counsel Job Profile
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Counsel (GC) will be responsible for leading the development and execution of Kodiak Solutions’ overall legal and regulatory strategy. The GC will work closely with Kodiak leadership, individuals at the corporate headquarters and in the field, and Kodiak’s investors on legal and compliance implications of business strategy, new and ongoing joint venture partnerships, and geographic
expansion. They will play a key, value additive role in helping Kodiak achieve its long-range goals and objectives. The GC will be a service-oriented leader who is wholly aligned with Kodiak’s mission to simplify complex business problems. They will add a credible and
trusted legal perspective to an executive leadership team that has a strong track record in the healthcare, technology and tech-enabled services space. The GC will serve as a true legal generalist, with responsibility ranging from corporate and commercial matters to
regulatory and litigation and will take a keenly commercial approach to managing such items.
