We are currently seeking a Paralegal to join our team.
Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to _:

- Summarizes information relative to legal issues and networks for information.
- Researches statutes, regulations and court decisions, makes recommendations, assists in resolving issues, drafts contracts, various legal applications, resolutions and other basic legal documents and prepares for review.
- Develops client relationships.
- Analyzes and applies statues, regulation and policies for compliance.
- Participates in closings, settlements and negotiations.
- Receives direction from attorney supervision.
- May lead and train lower level paralegals.
What you need to bring to the table _:

- Requires an Associates Degree or Paralegal certification and some experience in a legal environment or other directly related experience.
- Basic knowledge of legal practices , pc's, verbal, written and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of laws pertaining to field of business.
- Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts.
