KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Successfully organize, monitor, and project manage company’s immigration operations to ensure safe, consistent, and successful results.
• Manage and work with external counsel to successfully prepare and file visa petitions, applications, and supporting documents for F-1, E-2, L1A, H1B, PERM, O-1, EB-1, NIW, etc.
• Conduct legal research, liaise with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documentation, and keep stakeholders regularly informed of case progress while receiving consistently positive stakeholder feedback on promptness and client service.
• Assist company’s legal department with general filing and other organizational tasks as assigned.

MUST HAVE:

• Qualifications: bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of experience as an immigration paralegal.
• Strong organizational, communication, and research skills.
• Languages: Must speak and write English and Chinese (Mandarin) fluently and idiomatically.
