Our staff counsel team is currently seeking a Sr. Trial Attorney to work in its Chicago, IL office. This is a Full Time/Exempt hybrid role. Dual license a plus.
Position Summary:
Investigates and manages cases of moderate to complex exposure in civil litigation from the inception of the lawsuit until conclusion through dismissal, settlement or trial. Responsible for handling automobile negligence, general liability, premises liability, dog bite, homeowners' claims and coverage matters. Works with a team of attorneys and adjusters to resolve claims as expeditiously and efficiently as possible.
