Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) builds the physical datacenters, networks, fiber paths, and satellite base stations around the world that support Microsoft’s entire cloud business strategy. The Compliance Manager, Americas is crucial in upholding and enhancing our reputation for compliance and ethical conduct within the Americas region. This role involves implementing and monitoring compliance standards and policies for our CO+I division of Microsoft, with an emphasis on Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption, Human Rights, Third Party Risk Management, as well as supporting our construction audit, AI Compliance, Controls Monitoring, and Financial Compliance programs. This person will serve as the primary point of contact for all compliance-related matters in the region, ensuring alignment with Microsoft Policy, global standards, and local regulations.

Compliance IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
