Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions (BEWS) is the group responsible for leading Ericsson’s Enterprise Networking and Security business. How Will You Contribute to the Company?

Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions is seeking a SOX Compliance Manager. The successful candidate will need to be process and detailed oriented, a strong communicator, but most importantly have the ability to bring pragmatic, right-sized solutions to ethics and compliance questions in a hyper growth company. Big Tech compliance acumen is highly valued, but so is "scrappiness" and a commitment to getting things done.

This role will have exposure to functions across the company, giving the opportunity to work closely with multiple internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Legal and other groups within Compliance and Finance in Ericsson.

What Will You Do?

  • Help to build new, or streamline existing processes related to SOX and ethics and compliance in the Enterprise Wireless Solutions Business Area
  • Maintain corporate compliance program and policies with individual stakeholders within the company
  • Work with different business owners on implementation, execution, and compliance controls
  • Write and review policies, standards, and risk assessment results to ensure Enterprise Wireless Solutions Business Area is appropriately managing compliance risk
  • Coordinate and communicate with different teams within the company as a recognized SME for compliance risk
  • Build test scripts, organize, and monitor internal testing
  • Coordinate with external auditors and the business related to compliance testing

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Eight (8+) years of relevant experience - ideally with specific exposure to compliance in Enterprise public companies
  • Experience with SAAS, software and hardware business
  • Knowledge of the two-tier technology distribution and partner channel model are clear differentiators
  • Self-starter, excited about rolling up your sleeves and getting stuff done in the environment of a hyper-growth company
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation - including to senior management as required
  • Strong project management capability
  • Experience designing and or executing corporate due diligence programs highly valued
  • Experience conducting risk assessments in all areas
  • Ideal candidate will have knowledge of both the networking (router) and mobility (4/5G cellular data) space
  • Light travel expected (up to ~5% of the time)
  • While there is a primary location listed on this requisition, other locations may be considered

Your Pay

The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

$89,600.00 - $166,400.00

Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by our Senior Leadership team. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Please note that an employee’s FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date. We also offer paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
