As a senior level administrative assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role on our team.  Ideal candidates will possess strong time management and communication skills with the ability to manage and maintain calendars, reserve event locations, and manage travel arrangements.  You’ll also be tasked with standard administrative duties such as answering phones, managing and maintaining documentation, sending and processing electronic communications and mail, and management of office supplies and equipment.  If you have strong attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this may be the perfect place for you.  

This is a hybrid position with occasional travel to one of our House Counsel offices in either Meriden CT, Warwick RI, or Canton MA for meetings and/or trainings. 

Must-have qualifications 
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum five years of work experience in an administrative role, which should include experience overseeing the work of others
Preferred skills 
  • Ability to operate a PC with strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments while working independently
Compensation
  • $23.74 - $27.93 an hour 
  • Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
