DIRECTV is seeking a Principal, Compliance Analyst who will lead the sales integrity risk assessments across all existing residential customer sales flows as well as all non-residential sales channel flows. This experienced analyst will evaluate policies, processes, and tools to ensure unintended consequences and risk are appropriately mitigated.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on controls, opportunities to pursue, and investigation handling needs to mitigate sales integrity concerns and risk.
  • Maintain the Sales Integrity portfolio of findings and recommendations for business case development and execution.
  • Oversee the execution of sales integrity initiative and risk/gap closures.
  • Present risk assessment findings, recommendations, and portfolio updates to senior leaderships to secure support and/or funding.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred, with 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Prior project management and/or compliance/audit work experience.
  • General understanding of sales flows, tools, and processes.
  • Experience documenting systems, processes, and/or customer journey flows.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including a qualitative and quantitative skill set.
  • Able to prepare and present to Senior Leadership.
  • Ability to effectively operate and lead within diverse and cross-functional groups.
  • Capability to analyze complex issues/flows to identify gaps/risk.
  • Present risk assessment findings, recommendations, and portfolio updates to Senior Leaderships to secure support and/or funding.

This role requires Travel 1 time per quarter for team meetings in El Segundo, CA

This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.

The Base Salary range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for each of DIRECTV's 4 (four) US Labor Market Zones. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

DIRECTV WAGE ZONES $116,375 - $211,255

Low (N1): $116,375 - $174,515

Mid (N2): $122,500 - $183,700

High (N3): $134,750 - $202,070

Top (N4): $140,875 - $211,255
