Consilio/LOD is seeking Attorney's across legal practice areas for a number of Hybrid, Onsite, Full-Time & Part-Time contract openings with our clients.

Candidate Background: Experienced In-House or Law Firm Attorney

Job Details:

• Start date: depends on the assignment
• Duration: varying durations averaging from 6-12 months
• Hours: 20-40 hrs per week
• Setup: Hybrid or Onsite
• Pay Rate: $50-90/hour on average

Required Experience:

• Drafting, reviewing, redlining, negotiating a high-volume of complex commercial contracts OR experience with varying types of commercial litigation cases and/or e-discovery
• Experience with various contracts, such as: DPAs, vendor, MSAs, NDAs, sales, advertising, RFPs, SaaS, distribution, marketing agreements OR experience with discovery, motions, depositions, legal research and more in relation to commercial litigation
• Ability to work under pressure, with a high-volume of contracts and/or litigation cases with short deadlines
• Ability to provide 24-hour receipt acknowledgement of any emails/requests
• Ability to perform/complete work within 2 to 3 business days
• BONUS: Experience managing outside counsel, in specialized area of law or if based in the Nashville area

Candidate Requirements:

• Barred in USA and in good standing (TN bar a bonus)
• Based in Tennessee
• 2+ years of experience as an attorney in-house or at a law firm
• Ability to work independently and desire to work on a contract basis
• Comfortable with technology
