Under the direction of the Director of Compliance, the Compliance and Ethics Specialist is responsible for supporting the administration of EQT’s corporate compliance training, policy management, and reporting activities. This position will develop and maintain a comprehensive corporate compliance training and communication plan. This position will provide employees with training materials and sessions to raise compliance awareness and foster a culture of integrity. Additionally, this position will be responsible for maintaining company policies and procedures.

The Compliance and Ethics Specialist responsibilities include but are  not limited to:

·       Administering a company-wide learning management system

·       Administering the schedule and delivery of compliance training courses and communications

·       Driving completion for mandatory compliance trainings by eligible employees

·       Supporting the development and approval of new compliance training courses

·       Serving as the primary point of contact with EQT’s compliance training and other service providers

·       Drafting newsletters and communications related to company-wide trainings and compliance activities

·       Assists with updates and certifications of company policies and governance documents

·       Monitor and review employee disclosure reports

·       Opportunity to expand scope of responsibility to compliance risk management activities

Required Experience and Skills:

·       5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal audit, or human resources-related roles.

·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, finance, audit, or related field.

·       Understanding of compliance and ethics programs, policy management, compliance training, and reporting.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

·       Strong written and verbal communicator with excellent attention to detail.

·       Ability to work independently in an evolving and sometimes ambiguous environment.

·       Possess a high level of competence, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information and to be able to work well with people at all levels inside and outside the company.

·       Ability to work with team members from all departmental areas, respond to questions from trainees, and partner with our training service provider.

Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states:  Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, Louisiana, New Jersey, and New York unless willing to relocate.

 Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
