The ideal candidate will have technology and innovation law expertise at the enterprise level with a passion for building relationships – this team is creating a new presence here. This person needs to be a strong communicator and have experience advising on and creating foundations to enable adoption of new technologies. The position requires strong collaboration, an aptitude for continual learning, demonstration of intellectual curiosity by asking questions and connecting work across multiple initiatives, ability to identify and mitigate risks in new and evolving areas of technology and law, and an ability to influence firm-wide.
The work is dynamic and requires the ability to look beyond the specific legal questions to understand the goals of the firm and aid in getting to the best solution. This role will afford the successful candidate the opportunity to be a part of a culture that inspires and supports the individual and allows them to be part of a team focused on delivering solutions.
What will set you apart? The ideal candidate will have experience partnering organization-wide to responsibly adopt emerging technologies and digital approaches that fundamentally change the way it operates. In addition, experience working with external partners and vendors is helpful. Strong relationship skills is a must.
