Our client, a leading accounting & tax software provider, is actively hiring a Trademark Attorne y to join their legal team in Mountain View, CA! This role will be hybrid and require 2 days onsite.

This is a 6 MO W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays!

As a Trademark Attorney, you will be managing their global trademark portfolio. This will include the maintenance of their existing marks and parenting with business leaders across the company to create and protect new marks. You will be supporting the marketing teams heavily and ideally have knowledge of advertising and consumer protection laws.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business teams on various matters related to online social marketing, claims substantiation, comparative claims, and interpretation of survey results
• Review all advertisements to ensure no trademark issues
• Collaborate with local legal teams on global issues

Skills:

• Must have a JD degree
• 5+ years of trademark experience
• Ability to communicate and present to senior leadership
