About This Role
As a Sales Operations & Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of functions aimed at optimizing our sales processes, managing resources effectively, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. You will work closely with sales leadership to drive performance, retention, and strategic planning. What You’ll Do: Sales Quality Assurance: Analyze, Develop, Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols to reduce Pre Install Cancels and Churn. Funnel Management Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of sales funnels to identify bottlenecks, opportunities for improvement, and strategies to maximize conversion rates. Rep Retention Analysis: Analyze sales representative retention rates and develop strategies to improve satisfaction, performance, and retention. Position Management: Oversee the hiring, structuring and distribution of sales resources to optimize coverage and performance. Forecasting: enhance forecasting accuracy across teams to ensure alignment with operational capacity and sales attainment trends M & P (Methods and Procedures) Development: Develop, implement, and revise sales methods and procedures to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. Fleet Management: Manage the company’s fleet of vehicles, including allocation, maintenance, and compliance with corporate protocols. Corrective Action Compliance: Maintain governance around sales leadership’s consistent and accurate completion of corrective action policies. Expense Management: Oversee and optimize sales-related expenses, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures. Do You Have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a similar role within a sales-driven organization. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Ability to summarize data and create executive level presentations Proficiency in sales and business software, including CRM platforms and data analysis tools. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software tools. Proficient in Microsoft suite of products

The starting compensation range for this job is $76,100 to $99,900.
