About

At Walmart, providing and improving access to affordable nutritious food is central to Walmart's core business. A critical component of this is ensuring Walmart offers products under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). As a Manager on the WIC/SNAP Compliance team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with WIC agencies and executing programs designed to ensure compliance with WIC and SNAP requirements for products sold by Walmart and Sam's Club.

You Will Make An Impact By

• Serving as the Walmart contact to WIC and SNAP agencies to ensure stores, clubs, and online platforms are compliant with the laws and regulations for WIC and SNAP programs.
• Collaborating across stakeholders to ensure program awareness and communicate change impact to other business areas (i.e., Merchant teams, Government Affairs, Field Associates
• Executing and implementing appropriate controls for WIC and SNAP programs as they apply to stores, clubs, and online platforms.
• Reviewing federal and state regulations and determining their impact to Walmart's business.
• Leading by example.

You Will Sweep Us Off Our Feet If

• 2+ years of compliance experience, with an emphasis on program building and execution
• You have a Bachelor's degree
• You have a Juris Doctor degree
• You have Data Analytics & Visualization skills - Excel, Tableau, Power BI
• You have strong communication and leadership skills
• You are action-oriented, resourceful and lead with initiative
• You are organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• You can work cross-functionally to build strong work relationships resulting in program improvements
• You have legal research experience

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.

2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
