Role/Department: eDiscovery Analyst/Corporate Legal
The primary goals of the eDiscovery Analyst are to support the technical aspects of the legal hold and eDiscovery processes and to provide ongoing support to the Discovery Manager as well as to the Litigation attorneys in the Legal Department. The discovery team is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the discovery process and the timely collection and delivery of data in connection with a variety of matters, including government inquiries, internal investigations, fiduciary and commercial litigation demands, and other external requests. The eDiscovery Analyst will be responsible for working with the in-house legal team, outside counsel, and vendors to coordinate discovery activities related to litigation and other legal matters and to serve as the subject matter expert providing in-depth consulting and leadership to internal and external stakeholders to assist in the development and execution a discovery plan.
