The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and actively driving process improvements and strategies for Microchip’s worldwide patent portfolio. In this role, you will coordinate extensively with in-house and outside paralegals and attorneys, internal business and functional partners, and Microchip engineers to advance Microchip’s patent portfolio goals. This position requires business acumen, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and sound business judgment.
