You will report to the Director, Global Employment and Business Affairs Counsel.

How You'll Make a Difference

  • Collaborate with other Klaviyo business teams to track budget guidelines and spend, as well as submit invoices and make payments
  • Continually identify opportunities to improve processes, determine best practices, and increase efficiency for conducting and tracking investigations, as well as for employment law related matters
  • Handle other special projects as assigned and build relationships across the organization

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role (legal operations, paralegal, business operation, project management, investigations, etc.)
