Her tenure at Perch from August 2021 to October 2023 was marked by significant contributions to strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and diligent management of the company's extensive intellectual property portfolio.

Before joining Perch, Fischer demonstrated her legal prowess as General Counsel at BitSight Technologies, a renowned company specializing in cyber risk and security ratings. Her tenure spanned from October 2016 to August 2021, during which she oversaw the legal department, ensuring the effective handling of legal and compliance matters within the venture-backed software-as-a-service security company.

Prior to her role at BitSight Technologies, Fischer held a legal leadership position at Constant Contact, a prominent publicly traded email marketing SaaS solution, which later transitioned into private ownership under Endurance International Group.

Furthermore, Fischer made significant contributions to healthcare research during her tenure as an Associate at Advisory Board Company. Throughout her illustrious career, she consistently displayed an unwavering commitment to excellence and the highest ethical standards.
