LinkSquares Raises $40M - In their third investment round in as many years, the contract management company has now raised over $61M since its inception, and plans to double their headcount. More here

Davis Polk & Wardwell Plans Return to Office - A trial period for lawyers will require a return to the office at 7 out of every 10 business days starting in September. More here
